MIND CARE
Mind Care provides critical information to caregivers and patients of Alzheimer’s disease.
Most people know of Alzheimer’s disease, but very few are prepared for the disease and will be at a loss in locating the right assistance and services. Mind Care aims to provide updated and necessary information of Alzheimer’s services available in Hong Kong.
Hong Kong has a plethora of Alzheimer services being offered in both public and private sectors, but information of these services are not easily available and the aim of Mind Care is to collate and provide these information in a meaningful and user-friendly manner.
