The team was set up in 1985 to provide domestic help services to the elderly in the district to help them solve their daily living difficulties. And by 1995, with SDD funding, the team set up a centre in Tai He Ting. In April 2003, with the transformation of services, the team’s domestic help services were transformed into integrated home care services, enhancing care and re-health services.
