Founded in 1920, the Young Women’s Christian Association of Hong Kong has been dedicated to the purpose of “cultivation of life” and is committed to promoting the development of the body and mind of the audience. The Council has developed into a diversified service organization with service units throughout hong Kong, serving all sectors, starting from two-year-olds to the elderly, both local residents and people from different countries. The Young Women’s Association is a registered non-profit-making charity, operates with government funding, activities and services fees, and donates from public or groups.
