MIND CARE

The number of dementia’s patients is expected to rise rapidly but the support for the patients and caregivers are not enough to cope with the needs.  There are government or non-profit organisations which specialise in Alzheimer’s disease but the information are scattered. The patients and caregivers have problem obtaining information and navigating through the system in order to access these services.

MIND CARE is a platform with an information database of various organisations, to provide patients and their caregivers access to information for Alzheimer’s related services available in the community so that these patients can optimize their use of these healthcare services.
